Dry January - Weatherproof packs and bags for your next adventure.

Hey, Folks! Greetings from wintery West Yellowstone, Montana. As we charge ahead into the New Year we find ourselves in the middle of another busy Travel Season here at Big Sky Anglers.

We've already logged some epic adventures this winter including hosted trips to the Seychelles, Jurassic Lake, the Amazon, Argentina's Route 40, and Dorado in the Ibera marsh. Each week right now we have groups traveling to fish throughout Patagonia with our partner operations including Patagonia Nomads, El Encuentro Fly Fishing, and Estancia de los Rios. And, as always, our wintertime exploits take us to both sides of the Andes with BSA co-owner, Jonathan Heames making his annual pilgrimage to the legendary waters of lago Yelcho in Chile.

We're looking forward to more adventures in the coming months such as hosted trips to Espiritu Santo Bay, Mexico, Christmas Island, Jardines de la Reina, Cuba, and the Hunt for "El Uno" in Argentina.

With all of that traveling we've learned a thing or two about gear along the way, and we love sharing what we know so you can get the most out of your next trip.

More than anything else we carry with us across the world, high quality, weather-proof packs and bags can make or break a good trip.

From dusty truck beds in Argentina, to salty boat floors in the Seychelles, we carry our gear in extreme environments and need it to stay clean, dry, and organized.

BSA co-owner and Fly Fishing Travel Guru, Justino sat down on a recent trip to share his thoughts and experience about how to pack and protect your gear on your next bucket list trip. Give it a listen, and check out our collection of weatherproof packs and bags below.
