Featured Hosted Trip - Route 40 Road Trip, Argentina
Join BSA Co-Owner, Jonathan Heames on our Signature Hosted Trip. Ruta 40 winds its way through most of Argentina and is known internationally as one of the world’s classic road trips. Experience an incredible two-week fly fishing trip where we combine some of the best fishing in Argentina from both the northern and southern regions. We are timing the trip in Patagonia during early summer when all the rivers are fresh, hatches are starting and fish are eager to eat! We have taken a particularly trouty section of Ruta 40 from Esquel in the south to San Martin de los Andes in the north. We will be fishing along the entire way with our good friends from El Encuentro Fly Fishing and Patagonia Nomads.

WHY
WEST YELLOWSTONE
West Yellowstone is home to Big Sky Anglers and the Golden Stone Inn. Not because we all happened to end up here on a whim, but because West Yellowstone is located in the heart of arguably the greatest fly fishing region on earth. We have chased trout with a fly rod all across this planet, and West Yellowstone is where we choose to live and work. With easy access to famous and lesser known waters in three states (Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming) as well as throughout Yellowstone National Park, there is no more strategic a location to serve as your home base for a fly fishing trip (or a life spent chasing trout) than the town of West Yellowstone.
