Ro Deville…. that new boat smell.

Last year I got a new boat from Robbet Eddins, the owner of Ro Drift Boats, whom I’ve known for 14 years.  After rowing it for the entire summer, I wanted to make a few changes to the design of the interior.  My goal was more room for the back angler. Period.  The angler in back was cramped and after watching him or her fish, I felt like a change was needed.  The result is no back deck or rear storage therefore giving the back angler more room to fish. I also changed the anchor system to the old school side pull.  I absolutely hated floor anchor systems.

The new fiberglass smell permiates the nose and makes me want to float…..the Madison, the Yellowstone or the Missouri are all calling my name.  The urge to float fish is ramping up and in a few more days, I won’t be able to take it anymore.
